• Business success

Results vary based on many factors outside our control, including your market, sales process, budget, team execution, offer quality, follow-up, competition, and platform changes.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information

• Cooperate in a timely manner

• Provide requested content, approvals, assets, and access credentials when needed

• Review deliverables and communications promptly

• Maintain lawful permission to use all materials, lists, accounts, and data you provide

• Comply with all laws applicable to your business, advertising, communications, and customer data

You are responsible for your own business decisions, legal compliance, sales activity, and customer communications.

Payments and Fees

Fees for services, retainers, training, programs, subscriptions, or consultations will be stated in your proposal, invoice, checkout page, order form, or separate agreement.

You agree to pay all fees on time. Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are non-refundable once earned or once work has begun
