Affiliates must follow these guidelines:
Be Honest and Accurate
You may not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Agape Pro, its software, services, or potential business results.
Promotions must be based on factual information and realistic expectations.
Add Value
Your marketing content should be original and helpful to your audience.
You may not copy Agape Pro website content, branding, or materials without written permission.
No Spam
Affiliates may not use spam tactics such as:
Unsolicited bulk emails
Unsolicited SMS messages
Automated social media spam
Mass messaging without consent
All marketing must comply with applicable laws such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and other communication regulations.
Respect Intellectual Property
You may only use Agape Pro logos, trademarks, and marketing materials as provided.
Affiliates may not:
Modify Agape Pro branding
Represent themselves as Agape Pro employees
Use Agape Pro trademarks in domain names
Create social media accounts pretending to be the official brand
No Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not sign up for Agape Pro using their own affiliate link to generate commissions.
Any attempt to do so will be considered fraudulent and may result in:
Account termination
Commission forfeiture
Fair Promotion Practices
Affiliates may not use deceptive marketing techniques such as:
Cookie stuffing
Hidden affiliate links
Forced redirects
Misleading advertising
All promotions must be ethical and transparent.
Disclosure Requirements (FTC Compliance)
Affiliate transparency is required by law.
You must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission when someone signs up through your affiliate link.
What is a Material Connection?
A material connection is any relationship that could influence your recommendation.
Examples include:
Earning a commission from referrals
Receiving free or discounted access to Agape Pro
Receiving promotional incentives or gifts
Having a business relationship with Agape Pro
All material connections must be clearly disclosed.
How to Properly Disclose Affiliate Links
Your disclosure must be clear and easy to understand.
Good Examples
“I earn a commission if you sign up through my link.”
“This is a paid affiliate link.”
Poor Examples
“affiliate link”
“commissionable link”
These phrases are not clear enough for consumers.
Placement of Disclosures
Your affiliate disclosure must appear close to the promotional content.
Blog Posts or Websites
Place your disclosure near the top of the page before affiliate links.
Social Media
Place your disclosure at the beginning of the caption before the "read more" section.
Video Content
Disclosures must appear:
Visually in the video
Verbally spoken in the content
Descriptions alone are not sufficient.
Each piece of content promoting Agape Pro must include its own disclosure.
Marketing, Privacy, and Legal Compliance
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all marketing and privacy laws when promoting Agape Pro.
Email Marketing Compliance
All marketing emails must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
Emails must include:
Accurate subject lines
Identification that the message is an advertisement
A valid physical mailing address
A working unsubscribe option
SMS and Call Compliance
If you use SMS or phone calls to promote Agape Pro, you must follow TCPA regulations.
This includes:
Obtaining prior express written consent from recipients
Keeping records of that consent
Allowing users to opt out of communications
You are fully responsible for compliance with federal and state telemarketing laws.
Data Privacy and Security
If you collect personal data from leads or customers, you must handle that data responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
This includes regulations such as:
GDPR
CCPA
Other applicable privacy regulations
You must also maintain your own Privacy Policy explaining how you collect, use, and protect user data.
Your privacy policy must clearly state that you operate as an independent affiliate of Agape Pro and not as Agape Pro itself.
Sanctions and Export Compliance
Affiliates may not promote Agape Pro services to individuals or organizations located in sanctioned countries or to individuals listed on international sanctions lists.
Affiliates must comply with applicable international trade regulations.
Jurisdictional Compliance
Affiliates are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations applicable in the regions where they operate.
This includes laws related to:
Advertising
Consumer protection
Data privacy
Telemarketing
Electronic communications
Complaint Handling
If you receive any complaints related to your promotional activities involving Agape Pro, you must notify us within 24 hours.
